The story of 15-year-old Kaylee who lives in a caravan park with her father. Ostracised by the community around her, the motherless Kaylee finds daily solace with the wild horses in the local marshland. In this, at times, challenging portrait, the resilient Kaylee's encounter with an enigmatic stranger compels her to re-evaluate her future.
